Risk and stakeholder mapping
Maravi conducted a risk assessment and stakeholder analysis for an organisation wishing to start operations in a region affected by terrorist activity and potentially hostile sections of the local population. Similar organisations which had previously operated in the region had pulled out due to the perceived increase in threat.
After working out the company’s risk tolerance and an examination of the risks versus benefits of the endeavour, Maravi deployed onto the ground to understand the issues at hand and how they could be mitigated. The resulting recommendations and stakeholder mapping ensured the
company succeeded in expanding without any incidents.
