Following a security incident involving some expatriate members of staff, an NGO working in a hostile environment engaged Maravi to assess its procedural and operational security arrangements. The assignment also included an examination of the efficacy of the organization’s approach to employee duty of care. The engagement began with a review of all relevant policies and procedures followed by extensive staff interviews and physical security and journey management assessments.
